Adult Ministries Disciple Group Leader: Facilitate small group discussions and studies, fostering spiritual growth and community among members. Disciple Group Host: Provide a welcoming space for small group meetings, helping to create a comfortable and conducive environment for fellowship and learning. Fellowship Team Leader: LEads the team that leads churchwide internal and external fellowship events and opportunities. Fellowship Team Volunteer: Volunteers on the team that provides fellowship opportunities for RMC. Life Group Leader: Lead and coordinate life groups, focusing on specific life stages or interests to cultivate deeper relationships and spiritual engagement. Life Group Host: Offer your home or space for life group gatherings, playing a key role in building community within the church. Prayer Team Leader: Lead and organize prayer initiatives, fostering a culture of prayer within the church community.

Business, Administration, and Coordination Accounting and Finance: Manage church finances, including budgeting, accounting, and financial reporting. Administrative Assistant: Assist with office tasks, manage schedules, and support our church staff. Strong organizational skills and a heart for service are key for this role. Pledge Campaign Coordinator: Coordinate and manage pledge campaigns, engaging with the congregation to support church funding and stewardship. Adult Ministries Coordinator: Oversee life groups and discipleship groups within the church, ensuring effective operation, coordination, training, and support for group leaders. Events Coordinator: Plan and coordinate church events, ensuring they run smoothly and effectively. Worship Coordinator: Help coordinate and set up for worship services, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

Children/Youth Children's (K-6): Engage with children through teaching, activities, and mentorship, fostering their spiritual and personal growth. Youth (7-12): Work with teenagers, providing guidance, education, and activities that cater to their unique spiritual and social needs. PreK/Nursery: Care for and nurture our youngest members in a safe and loving environment during church services and events.

Fellowship and Events Churchwide Community Events: Organize and execute large-scale community events, fostering fellowship and outreach. Churchwide Internal Events: Manage internal church events, enhancing fellowship and community within the congregation. Men's/Women's Fellowship Leader: Lead fellowship groups for men or women, organizing meetings, studies, and activities that foster community and growth.

Missions International/National/Local Missions Coordinator: Plan, coordinate, and lead mission trips and outreach projects at various scales, engaging the church in global and community service.

Music Ministry Choir: Participate in the church choir, contributing to the musical aspect of worship services. Vocalist/Piano/Other: Provide musical talent during worship services, whether through singing or playing an instrument. Tech and Communication Worship Audio/Video: Manage and operate audio and video equipment during worship services. Church App/Social Media/Website Maintenance: Oversee digital platforms, ensuring up-to-date and engaging content. Photographer: Take photos during church events and worship services. Worship Slides/Streaming: Prepare and manage visual elements of worship services, including live streaming. Weekly Newsletter: Compile and distribute the church's weekly newsletter, keeping the congregation informed.

Worship and Hospitality Team Altar/Table/Communion Prep: Prepare and manage elements for communion and worship services. Setup/Cleanup: Members of this team are responsible for setting up the church space before worship and cleaning up after worship. This includes arranging chairs, setting up tables, and preparing any necessary equipment or materials. Coffee Prep/Refreshments: Assist in hospitality duties, ensuring a welcoming environment for all church activities. Counter (Offering)/Greeter/Usher: Provide support during worship services in various roles, from welcoming attendees to assisting in the collection of offerings. Preaching: For those qualified, contribute to delivering sermons or messages during services.
